AIRED Innovation Ltd

1. Right to Return (Change of Mind)

Customers may return goods within 30 days of receipt if they have changed their mind, provided that:

  • The goods are unused, unopened (In NEW condition), and unaltered

  • The goods are returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and labels intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

AIRED Innovation Ltd does not accept returns for:

  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear

  • Goods returned outside the 30-day return period

  • Any product where a tamper seal has been broken, removed, or otherwise compromised

  • Items excluded from return for hygiene or health protection reasons, where clearly stated at the point of sale

  • Customised or made-to-order items, unless faulty

3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with their statutory rights.

This applies even where a tamper seal has been broken due to inspection or use related to the fault.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days

  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless an item is deemed faulty

  • AIRED Innovation Ltd reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

5. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise stated

  • AIRED Innovation Ltd will cover return costs where goods are faulty or incorrect

6. How to Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact AIRED Innovation Ltd within 30 days of receiving the goods, quoting their order number and reason for return.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
