For Electronic Diffusers, Essential Oils & Room Sprays

Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury, fire, electric shock, property damage, allergic reaction, or other harm.

By purchasing, using, or handling any AIRED™ product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all warnings, disclaimers, and safety instructions in this manual.

1. GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

AIRED™ products include:

  • Battery-powered electronic diffusers

  • Concentrated essential oils

  • Fragrance oils

  • Room sprays

These products are intended for indoor fragrance use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. IMPORTANT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AIRED™ and its owners, officers, affiliates, employees, distributors, and retailers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, failure to follow instructions, or use inconsistent with product labeling.

  • Use of AIRED™ products is at your own risk.

  • Users assume full responsibility for safe handling and operation.

  • AIRED™ shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages including property damage, fire, allergic reactions, respiratory irritation, or battery-related incidents.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product.

3. ELECTRONIC DIFFUSER SAFETY (Battery Powered)

3.1 Electrical & Battery Safety

  • Use only the recommended battery type specified on the product label.

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.

  • Do not mix battery types (alkaline, rechargeable, lithium, etc.).

  • Insert batteries according to polarity markings (+/-).

  • Remove batteries when not in use for extended periods.

  • Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

  • Do not short-circuit battery terminals.

  • Do not expose batteries or device to fire, extreme heat, or direct sunlight.

  • Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations.

  • Carry out regular checks for mis-shaping of outer casing or discolouration / heat damage.

⚠ Risk of explosion, leakage, or fire if batteries are tampered with.

3.2 Fire & Overheating Risk

  • Do not operate near flammable materials (curtains, bedding, paper, solvents).

  • Do not cover the diffuser during operation.

  • Do not place on unstable or soft surfaces.

  • Do not operate in enclosed spaces without ventilation.

  • Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and stoves.

If device becomes hot, emits odor, smoke, or unusual noise:

  • Turn off immediately

  • Remove batteries (if safe to do so)

  • Discontinue use

3.3 Water & Liquid Safety

  • Do not immerse diffuser in water.

  • Do not expose to rain or excessive humidity.

  • Avoid spilling oils into battery compartment.

  • Clean only as instructed.

3.4 Modification Warning

  • Do not open, modify, or alter internal components.

  • Unauthorized repairs void any warranty and release AIRED™ from liability.

4. ESSENTIAL OILS & FRAGRANCE OILS SAFETY

Essential oils are highly concentrated substances.

4.1 Skin Contact

  • Do not apply undiluted oils directly to skin unless explicitly labeled as skin-safe.

  • Perform a patch test before topical use.

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • Wash hands after handling.

Possible reactions:

  • Skin irritation

  • Allergic reactions

  • Sensitization

  • Chemical burns (in rare cases)

4.2 Ingestion Warning

  • For external use only.

  • Do NOT ingest.

  • Keep away from food and beverages.

  • If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention or contact Poison Control.

4.3 Respiratory & Sensitivity Warning

Use caution if you:

  • Have asthma

  • Have respiratory conditions

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have epilepsy

  • Have fragrance sensitivities

Consult a physician before use if unsure.

Discontinue use if:

  • Headache

  • Dizziness

  • Nausea

  • Respiratory irritation

  • Eye irritation

4.4 Pet Safety

Some essential oils may be harmful to pets.

  • Do research on scents or contact us before use if unsure.

  • Do not diffuse around birds.

  • Use caution around cats and dogs.

  • Ensure proper ventilation.

  • Discontinue use if pet shows signs of distress.

Consult a veterinarian if concerned.

5. ROOM SPRAY SAFETY

5.1 Flammability

  • Keep away from heat, sparks, open flame.

  • Do not spray directly into flame.

  • Do not store above 120°F (49°C).

  • Do not puncture container (if pressurized).

5.2 Spray Use

  • Do not spray into eyes.

  • Do not spray directly onto skin unless labelled safe.

  • Avoid inhaling concentrated mist.

  • Do not spray on delicate surfaces without spot testing.

  • May stain fabrics or surfaces if incorrectly used

6. CHILD & PET SAFETY

  • Keep all products out of reach of children.

  • Not a toy.

  • Small parts may present choking hazard.

  • Store oils securely with caps tightly closed.

In case of accidental exposure:

  • Clean the impacted area thoroughly with clean water

  • Seek emergency care if necessary.

7. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid direct sunlight.

  • Do not store near heat sources.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures.

Improper storage may degrade product and increase safety risks.

8. PROPER USE LIMITATIONS

AIRED™ products are intended for:

  • Indoor fragrance use

  • Personal home use

  • Office environments

Not intended for:

  • Medical treatment

  • Industrial use

  • Commercial HVAC system integration (unless specifically approved)

  • Use in oxygen-rich or hazardous environments

9. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

  • Turn off device before cleaning.

  • Remove batteries before maintenance.

  • Clean with dry or lightly damp cloth.

  • Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.

  • Follow product-specific cleaning guidelines.

10. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Any applicable warranty:

  • Covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or accidents.

  • Is void if product is altered or disassembled.

Proof of purchase is required.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Use of AIRED™ products constitutes agreement that:

  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state or country of sale.

  • Claims must be brought within the legally permitted time period.

  • Liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product where permitted by law.

12. EMERGENCY CONTACT

In case of emergency:

  • Call local emergency services (999 if UK)

  • Or your country's equivalent authority

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using AIRED™ products, you:

  • Confirm you are at least 18 years old or supervised by an adult. 

  • Agree to follow all safety instructions

  • Accept responsibility for safe use

  • Agree to limitation of liability as permitted by law
