Product Warranty Policy (Electronic Products)

This Product Warranty Policy applies to all electronic products supplied by AIRED Innovation Ltd.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

AIRED Innovation Ltd provides a limited one (1) year warranty on electronic products, valid from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal and intended use of the product.

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only where:

  • The product was purchased by the original end user

  • Proof of purchase can be provided

  • The product has been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with any instructions or guidance supplied

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

3. Exclusions and Void Conditions

This warranty is void and does not apply if the product:

  • Has been physically damaged, including damage caused by drops, impact, liquid exposure, corrosion, overheating, or electrical surge

  • Has been tampered with, opened, modified, repaired, or altered without prior written authorisation

  • Shows evidence of unauthorised repair, component replacement, or software/firmware modification

  • Has had serial numbers, labels, or tamper seals removed or damaged

  • Has been used with incompatible accessories, power supplies, or peripherals

  • Has been resold, transferred, or passed to a new owner

  • Has suffered normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

4. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact AIRED Innovation Ltd within the warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the fault

  • Photographic or video evidence where requested

AIRED Innovation Ltd reserves the right to inspect and test returned products before approving a claim.

5. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, AIRED Innovation Ltd will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model

  • Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Data loss or software issues

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, use outside intended purpose, or failure to follow instructions
